Brownie Pops

Remember how Kaitlin's "signature dish" was her choc chip cookies? Well I've tried and tried to find "my dish" - but being the fail-cook I am, nothing stuck.
UNTIL ....
I discovered the gooey goodness of Brownie Pops. What are brownie pops you ask? BROWNIES. IN A POP.
All I did was buy a couple packet mixes. Cook them. Then roll them into balls! I dipped them in either milk chocolate, or white chocolate. I either coated them in nuts, or decorated them in the opposite colour chocolate.
To make them more presentable I wrapped them in cellophane, tied a ribbon around it, and stuck a personal label on it.

They were such a success! :) They are perfect favours for guests to take home.
My next batch will be for Aimee's baby shower. Can't wait to make them, they are going to be so cute!

Thankyou goes to Sam for putting up with me in the kitchen for 5 hours, and helping me roll steaming hot brownies into balls. Oh, and testing each batch to make sure they taste ok! ;)
